East End Fisherman's Dinner: Highlighting Local Shellfish

A dinner cooked by Chef Jack Formica that highlights the beautiful and delicious shellfish that grow in abundance on the East-end’s shorelines, marshes and estuaries. We will also be incorporating less popular species of fish that historically were eaten only by the fisherman and their families. A multi-coursed meal that allows for the tasting of oysters, clams, mussels, scallops, whelks and some more less popular, but just as flavorful Bivalves and fish. The simple preparations with pairings of the farms herbs/vegetables and wood-burning oven will highlight the flavors of the Sea. Starts at 7:00pm Wednesday, July 11th
