The Amber Waves Market is located in the iconic Amagansett Farmers Market building on Main Street in downtown Amagansett. As we celebrate our 10th farming season and our second season at the Market, we are excited to showcase our own delicious produce and flowers and artisanal foods from local purveyors. This year we’re also serving a delicious farm-forward menu of breakfast and lunch made to order that you can stay to enjoy at the beautiful bistro seating on the Market's patio.

We think of our Market as a representation of our lifestyle as farmers and what we love to eat and cook with. We have flowers, Carissa’s Breads, local cheese, and fruit. You’ll also find delicious coffee, newspapers, pantry items, dairy staples and delicious prepared foods, and a beautifully curated homewares section. Our commitment to sourcing products locally is at the center of the market’s mission, so we have prioritized Long Island and East End products and also have a good representation of New York state, along with a handful of items that we love that have traveled longer distances to arrive at the market. The market will also be the new home base for Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program pickup.

The market is a reflection of our food ethos and lifestyle and the products we are selling embrace wellness, sustainability, and conscientious eating. Our mission is to promote and celebrate our local food shed and the products from our favorite farmers and food artisans in the northeast region. The market is a representation of our values as farmers and we aim to share good wholesome food with our customers and to ensure they have an enjoyable and educational shopping experience. We take great responsibility and pride in educating our customers about where their food comes from and the farmers and food producers that are making products that positively affect our environment and community.
