Join us for an unforgettable, intimate and delicious evening on our farm.
We are so excited to be offering a series of dinners on our farm prepared by Chef Jack Formica and Chef Allan Wyse, two best friends who have the same vision about serving the highest quality meal based on locality, seasonality and bounty of the East-End.
Dinners begin with a tour of our fields guided by one of our farmers, who will educate about life on a farm and discuss the growing processes the seasonal fruits and vegetables that will be highlighted in the meal.
Guests will enjoy passed hors’ d'oeuvres and wine before sitting down at a common table. The multi-course “Farm Based” meal will change with the season honoring our farmers, food producing neighbors and the bounty of the land that we are so fortunate to call home. Meals will be prepared over open fire in our copper oven. Each dinner will be partnered with a local vineyard who will carefully pair the wines appropriately with the menu designed by our chefs.
We promise a memorable night enjoying delicious food, wine and great company while catching an incredible sunset and a night under the stars.
