Low-Country Crab Boil

The Low Country Boil traditionally includes catch-of-the-day shellfish, crabs, farm vegetables, slices of spicy sausage and an array of spices and herbs, tossed in a pot and boiled. Once it’s finished cooking, it’s all dumped onto a newspaper-topped table and eaten by hand, best enjoyed with a bottle of hot sauce, a few cold ones and some good company. It’s the Souths answer to the New England Clam Bake. Starts at 6:30 pm. Wednesday, August 8th
