Fun with Fermentation

Join us for an introduction to the art of fermenting and preparing live foods. We will practice and discuss the basics of lacto fermentation as a way to preserve the farm's harvest. You will prepare a kraut or kimchi win your own flavor flair, from start to finish. You will leave with your active ferment, quick pickles, recipes and techniques to ferment for the rest of the season.
